About Department

Assiut University is home to one of the oldest and most respected architecture programs in Egypt. Architecture is science and art together, therefore, studying architecture engineering focuses on architectural design, urban planning, building sciences, and architectural construction, as well as structural engineering and humanities studies. The Faculty of Architecture is committed to the study of the natural and artificial systems primarily comprising cities, buildings and industrial products. The Faculty and its curricula are organized around two basic disciplines of design and planning. 

• The student will need to take the approval after finishing the preparatory year from the faculty coordination office in order to study Architecture engineering.
