Duties
- Listing
 
The alumni office officials are responsible for making list of the following;
- The graduates’ names and data and then sending it to the Central Graduates Administration for issuing the original graduation certificates for the credit hour classes of July, January, and September.
 - Fresh graduates’ names and data to support the ministerial decision of the vice president.
 - The graduates’ payment invoices and sending it to the Financial Administration of the faculty to identify the value of the original certificates and then passing it to the university headquarters.
 
- Issuing
 
- Graduation certificates of the old and fresh graduates.
 - Grades certificates
 
- Statistics
 
The alumni office officials are responsible for extracting the following statistics;
- Statistics of the graduate students (males and females) and their total grades for each department individually.
 - Statistics of the graduates' governments.
 
- Statements
 
The alumni office officials are responsible for preparing the following statments
- Valedictorian students; names, addresses, and phone numbers.
 
- Receiving the original graduation certificates sent by the Graduates Administration. Afterwards, The Graduates Administration officials performs the following procedures, respectively:
 
- Revising written data.
 - Ensuring that the certificates are errors free.
 - Sending the revised certificates to the faculty's dean and the university president for accreditation.
 - Recording the certificates in the graduates’ record to be later handed to the graduate students.
 - Performing the certificates accreditation procedures. (temporary and original)
