Vision

To be one of the distinguished units in the field of service and follow-up of graduates and their efforts in obtaining a job opportunity and closer bonding with the Faculty after graduation.

Mission

To follow-up the graduates of the Faculty and guide them in the labor market in coordination with their employers. In addition to the continuous development in the educational process in the Faculty to improve and ensure the quality of graduates to suit the requirements of the labor market in order to achieve the faculty's strategic objectives.

The objectives of the graduate follow-up unit

  • Building an electronic information system by building databases for graduates.
  • Effective communication with companies and organizations, and helping companies and organizations looking for employees to reach university graduates easily.
  • Help provide employment opportunities for graduates suited to their specialties and preferences.
  • Follow-up the conditions of the graduates of the faculty in terms of the appropriate nature of the job for their specialties and the professional problems they face and use them in the proper planning of the study programs at the university.
  • Set up the website of graduates, in order to facilitate communication with them and register their biographies in the database.
  • Advertise available jobs and encourage graduates to take advantage of them.
  • Providing graduates with new fields and specialties to develop their level and scientific and professional skills.
  • Organizing an annual day for all graduates invited to attend.
  • Holding awareness seminars for final year students on employment, graduate studies and the relationship between the university and the community.
  • Inviting graduates at various uni events and motivating them to participate in their various activities.
  • Issuing a guidance booklet for graduates.
  • Developing the necessary skills for graduates by organizing courses and training programs for graduates that are matching to the needs of the labor market.
