Assiut University announces the success of an engineering team of its children in designing a hand sterilization device as an alternative to sterilization gates to confront the Corona pandemic and various infectious viruses

A team of university students succeeded in bringing together Ali Muhammad Ali Ibrahim, a student in the fourth year of mechanical engineering at the College of Engineering, both engineers Muhammad Abdel Fattah, and Amr Adel at the Integrated Technological Institute in Assiut, to design a hand sterilizer as an alternative to the huge sterilization gates and their high cost. Prof. Shehata Ghareeb explained that this design of the device works to sterilize the most important part of the human body, the hands, which is the most transmitter part of the infection of various viruses and harmful microbes, through a sensor of the device that works as soon as the hands approach it, so it starts to operate a sterile mist spray for the hands of ethyl alcohol with a concentration of 70% or the substance used in sterilization, according to the use of the place.
