Dr. Ahmed Al Minshawi, Acting President of Assiut University, confirms his continuous follow-up of all procedures and developments related to the stages of coordination and announcement of the names of students admitted to study at Assiut National University, which have been announced on the official platforms of Assiut National University, and the subsequent checkup of the documents of students having equivalent and foreign certificates to accept 10% thereof out of the total number admitted to each faculty severally.
This comes during his inspection of the University Services Marketing Center to follow up the center’s receipt of files and tuition fees from students who obtained a high school certificate accepted by Assiut National University, as well as following up the coordination works of students obtained equivalent and foreign certificates from those wishing to join Assiut National University, which continues until 8th September. The university administration has allocated the ground floor in ward “D” at the administrative building for the center to submit and receive the required files and documents, and collect tuition fees from students admitted to study at Assiut National University, as well as receive students applying to Assiut National University, to answer their inquiries and introduce them to the most important information about its study programs, which comes out of the university administration’s keenness to provide all means of support, care and assistance to its affiliates and to facilitate matters to students and their parents.
The university president has also directed that all students admitted to the faculties of Assiut National University should go to the department of student affairs, present their files and pay the expenses as soon as possible, no later than Thursday, the 8th of September, knowing that no files will be accepted after that date, referring to the required documents which include: the original high school application form, the nomination card, the birth certificate, the military service card (Form #2) and (Form #6) for males, a copy of the national ID card, and 8 recent personal photos.
