Dr. Mohamed Abdul-Wahhab, Dean of the Sugar Technology Research Institute(STRI), Assiut University unveiled the completion of the second day of the conference organized by the STRI in collaboration with the Egyptian Sugar Industry Companies, Sugar Crops Council, and the Food Industries Company. The conference witnessed the participation of more than 300 professors and specialists in sugar industry nationwide, and about 55 foreign experts from 14 Arab and Foreign countries.
