Assiut University recommends the need to activate the role of language and literature, and invites UNESCO to preserve the various Egyptian, Islamic and Coptic antiquities at the conclusion of the fourth international conference of the Faculty of Arts

Prof. Tarek El-Gammal, Assiut University President, announced the conclusion of the fourth international conference of the Faculty of Arts, held under the title "The Role of Human Sciences in the Social and Cultural Change of Peoples" through video conference technology from 12 to 14 July 2020. On his part, Prof. Ahmed Saber added that the most prominent recommendations of the conference were the necessity of working to try to narrow the gap between global technologies and programs, especially in the field of human sciences, and highlight contemporary psychological trends in studies related to people with needs, in addition to working on a network of communication between Arab sociologists up to to the philosophical and theoretical framing of the social sciences and their relationship with society, as well as concern for human development as the basis for achieving economic development. Therefore, development plans in the country must include aspects related to the human being and its construction.
