Tomorrow.. Assiut University celebrates the 12th anniversary of the June Revolution with a major celebration and an educational seminar entitled "June 30 between challenges and achievements"

Assiut University is organizing a major celebration tomorrow, Sunday, July 6, 2025, on the occasion of the twelfth anniversary of the Glorious Revolution of June 30, under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, the university's president. This is within the framework of the University's keenness to enhance national awareness among its students and consolidate the spirit of belonging and participation in the revival of national events.

  The celebration's activities include an educational seminar entitled "June 30 between challenges and achievements", during which Major General Ehab Al-Qahwaji, former assistant director of the Department of moral affairs of the media, will lecture, during which he reviews the most prominent challenges faced by the Egyptian state during the past years, and the most important achievements in various sectors after the June 30 Revolution, focusing on the role of the armed forces in protecting the homeland and maintaining its stability, and supporting the comprehensive development process.

The celebration program includes a speech by Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of the University, during which he emphasizes the importance of being inspired by the spirit of the June 30 revolution in supporting development and construction efforts, followed by a screening of a documentary film on the most prominent major development projects that have taken place in recent years. The main lecture by Major General Ehab al-Qahwaji will be held, followed by a national musical segment presented by the Faculty of Specific Education, and the ceremony will conclude with honoring several guests, and then the National Peace Concert.

Dr. El-Minshawy stressed that Assiut University pays special attention to national and awareness-raising activities, based on its role in instilling national values and deepening the spirit of belonging among students, stressing that such events contribute to consolidating real awareness of the issues of the homeland and enhancing the sense of national responsibility among young people.
