Demands Epidemical 
				Map of the Animal and Preventing the Slaughter of Calves
				
				
				The Tenth Scientific Conference of the Cattle Disease concluded 
				its activities in Assiut University, it was organized by the 
				Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, under the auspices of Prof. 
				Moustafa Kamal, the President of the University, and Dr. Mustafa 
				Khalil Mustafa, Faculty's Dean, and in cooperation with the 
				Egyptian Society for cattle diseases to discuss how to increase 
				the supply of animal protein in Egypt to reach self-sufficiency 
				of red meat and filling the food gap in Egypt and the Arab 
				world. 
				The Conference recommended that where animals need attention in 
				terms of food with the deployment of modern methods in the 
				composition of feed rations and with non-traditional methods, as 
				well as interest in it from a health point especially cattle 
				producing milk, meat and work to reduce the incidence of 
				infectious Epidemical disease and special ones, which constitute 
				a major influence on the prices of animals and the cost of 
				breeding, as recommended by the need to focus on the role of 
				more extension in the awareness of veterinary educators and 
				staff into the animal production and to disseminate the culture 
				of maintaining the health of animals and methods of prevention, 
				treatment, and also maximizing the role of veterinarians in this 
				regard through the media and specialized training programs for 
				them, participants pointed attention to the project National 
				veal calves and breeding according to the latest scientific 
				methods with a resolution to prevent the slaughter of calves.
				
				Conference also called for the need to make databases, maps 
				describing animal epidemic disease in Egypt as a national 
				project which gathering among the Egyptian universities and 
				specialized research centers.
