Assiut University announces that three of its members won state awards in various fields for the year 2021

Tariq El-Gamal, President of Assiut University, announced that three of the university’s sons won the state awards for the year 2021, according to what was announced by the Council of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology headed by Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and President of the Academy, and Dr. Mahmoud Saqr, President of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology and Vice President of the Council.

The President of Assiut University revealed that the announcement included the winning of Dr. Mahmoud Fahmy Al-Sobhi, the professor at the Pharmacies Department at the Faculty of Pharmacy, the state award for excellence in the field of advanced technological sciences, and Dr. Kamal El-Din Hani Hussein, the teacher at the Department of Animal Surgery at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, won the State Encouragement Prize in Agricultural Sciences, and Dr. Hilal Fouad Heta, Assistant Professor, Department of Medical Microbiology and Immunology, Faculty of Medicine, with the State Incentive Award in Medical Sciences.

Dr. Tariq Al-Jammal extended his sincere congratulations to the winning sons of the university, wishing them continued success and payment, and all the university’s students continued progress and excellence in various fields.

For his part, Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawi, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, expressed his pride of the university’s students who succeeded in obtaining state incentive awards and in advanced sciences, which is a medal of appreciation for their efforts and work in the service of the research process, stressing the continued support and care of the graduate studies sector of faculty members and their assistants in order to enrich the scientific and research movement in the various faculties in a manner befitting the distinguished capabilities of the university and its history.
