                                                                             In response to your inquiries regarding the required application documents, they are as follows:

Original high school diploma.

Original birth certificate (computerized) (with the three-digit number for males).

15 recent passport-size photos (4x6 cm).

3 copies of the student's national ID card.

Nomination form issued by the Coordination Office.

Form 2 Jund/Jand 6 Jund card or replacement for a lost Form 7 Jund (for males).

Any additional documents will be announced later by the Student Affairs Department.
