Objectives of the center

1. Assisting the university and other institutions by conducting applied research to solve production problems in production and service institutions.
2. Providing consultations and holding training courses in all areas of the sugar and integrated industries.
3. Providing financial support to provide all audio-visual aids to raise the efficiency of the educational and research process.
4. Strengthening cultural and scientific ties with other universities and institutions at the Arab and international levels.
5. Contribute to the implementation of the university's projects, faculties and institutes, provide it with their needs, and carry out maintenance and repairs that fall within its specializations.

Board of Directors

Taking into account the commitment to the provisions of Article No. 311 of the Executive Regulations of Law No. 49 of 1972 A.D, the center’s Board of Directors is formed for a period of three years by a decision from the President of Assiut University as follows:

1. The President of Assiut University: President.
2. The Vice President of Assiut University for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs: Vice-President.
3. The Dean of the Faculty of Sugar and Integrated Industries Technology: Member.
4. The Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Sugar and Integrated Industries Technology for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs: Director of the Center.
5. The Secretary General of Assiut University: Member
