The committee approved the granting of graduate student / Abdul Qader Abdul Rahman Ali Bin Shihab (Yemeni nationality) doctorate in arts / media specialization degree (public relations) on the subject of its title:               "Effective communication role of public relations in the community associations and its impact in shaping public attitudes towards it: a field study on the existing communication and the public in Yemen."
