The first round of Dentistry League 2024 opened on Wednesday February 17, 2024, at Badr University with the participation of the five faculties of dentistry in Assiut: Assiut University, Assiut National University, Badr University, Sphinx University, and Al-Azhar University.  The first round of matches resulted in the following teams advancing to the second round:

• Sphinx University (first place)
• Badr University (second place) 

The second round of matches will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Sphinx University. The final match will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at Assiut University.
