The Faculty of Dentistry received, on Sunday, July 12, 2026, the Environmental Practices and Sustainability Follow-up Committee as part of the activities of the Best Eco-Friendly Faculty Evaluation.

The committee members included:

Mr. Ayman Shehata – Assistant Secretary General of Assiut University (Member)

Prof. Dr. Saberine Arabi – Professor at the Faculty of Social Work (Member)

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Sami – Professor at the Faculty of Arts (Member)

Prof. Dr. Rehab Ahmed – Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Specific Education (Member)

Along with a group of faculty and hospital department directors.

The committee reviewed and followed up on the achievements made regarding the observations mentioned in previous reports. The visit also included an inspection tour of several faculty and hospital facilities, including the Digital Laboratory, faculty and hospital warehouses, the seminar and discussion hall, the parking garage, and the faculty library.

The Faculty of Dentistry extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to the esteemed committee members for their valuable guidance and fruitful follow-up efforts, which contribute to enhancing the services provided by the faculty and hospital in accordance with sound environmental and sustainability standards.
