A plan to evacuate the administrative building of the College of Education in the event of any dangers
Today, Thursday, March 17, 2022, the workshop in the field of civil protection and firefighting, which is organized by the College of Education in cooperation with the General Administration for Talent Development and the Department of Civil Protection at the university, was resumed, under the auspices of Prof. The President of the University for Education and Student Affairs and the supervisor of the College of Education, Prof. Dr. Maha Kamel Ghanem, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Hassan Huwail, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abu Al-Qasim, the former Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and supervisor of the Administration of Civil Protection, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abu Al-Qasim and Mr. Muhammad Abdel-Aal, Director of the Civil Protection Department, explained the steps for evacuating any building from its occupants in the event of a disaster or any unexpected danger such as gas leakage, fire, or leakage of any chemical or radioactive substance, as well as in the event of an accident. Any crack or collapse in the building, as well as in the event of a suspected foreign body, in order to preserve the safety of the human element
The building was actually evacuated to train workers on how to deal with such incidents.
