A workshop entitled “Communication skills with beneficiaries”

Today, Monday, May 13, 2024, a workshop was held entitled “Communication Skills with Beneficiaries,” attended by Dr. Muhammad Mamdouh Al-Safty, teacher of curricula and teaching methods at the college.

A number of college employees were trained on the elements of effective communication, the conditions that must be met by the sender and receiver of the message, and the most famous communication skills such as effective listening, empathy, respect, understanding body language, and the stages of the communication process with beneficiaries, which are the stage of understanding the message, the stage of formulating the message, the stage of choosing the communication channel, sending the message, and the stage of decoding. Message symbols and interpretation, and finally the stage of receiving feedback, analyzing it, and evaluating the communication. This is in the College’s Training and Professional Development Unit
