Cultural RelationsConferences. 1- The Council was briefed by the Council of The Department of Architecture and the Committee on Cultural Relations on the request of Engineer Ahmed Mohammed Abdul Samia Eid Al-Mu'id in the department regarding the attendance of his Excellency the Conference and the third Arab Ministerial Forum for Housing and Urban Development in Dubai- Uae from 7-8/10/2019.               Resolution: Inform the Council.2- The Council was briefed by the Council of the Department of Architecture and the Committee on Cultural Relations on the request of Mr. A.D. Mohammed Abdul Samae Eid, full-time professor in the department on the attendance of his Excellency the Conference and the Third Arab Ministerial Forum for Housing and Urban Development in Dubai- Uae from 7-8/10/2019.              Resolution: Inform the Council.3- The Council was presented with the approval of the Council of the Civil Engineering Department and the Cultural Relations Committee on the request submitted by Engineer Tarek Abdul Alim Abdul Fattah, assistant teacher in the department regarding his attendance at the first international conference in basalt fiber and vehicle from 16-18 November 2019 in Nanjing City, China, knowing that his sovereignty is an acceptable search for the university to bear the expenses of travel and subscription fees.Resolution: Approved by the Council.4- The Council was presented with the approval of the Council of the Department of Civil Engineering and the Committee for Cultural Relations on the request submitted by Mr. Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ismail Al-Mudarres in the department regarding the attendance of his Excellency the first international conference in basalt fiber and installed from 16-18 November 2019 in Nanjing City, China, knowing that his sovereignty is an acceptable search for the university to bear the expenses of travel and subscription fees.Resolution: Approved by the Council.5- The Council has offered the approval of the Council of the Department of Civil Engineering and the Committee for Cultural Relations to the request submitted by Mr. A.D. Abdul Azim Hassanein, Professor in the Department of The Department of International Relations, on the attendance of the first international conference in basalt fiber and vehicle from 16-18 November 2019 in Nanjing City, China, knowing that his excellency has an acceptable research on the university's travel expenses and subscription fees.Resolution: Approved by the Council.6- The Council presented the approval of the Council of the Department of Civil Engineering and the Committee on Cultural Relations to the request submitted by Mr. Dr. Mohamed Fathi Mohamed Fahmy - Assistant Professor of The Department regarding the attendance of his Excellency the first international conference in basalt fiber and installed from 16-18 November 2019 in Nanjing City, China, knowing that his sovereignty has two acceptable researches that the University does not bear the expenses of travel and subscription fees.Resolution: Approved by the Council.7- The Council was presented with the approval of the Council of electrical engineering department and the Committee for Cultural Relations on the request submitted by Engineer / Ahmed Abdul Aziz Sayed Al-Muaid section about his attendance at the conference PESGRE 2020, which will be held from January 1-5, 2020 in India, where his Excellency has an acceptable research at the conference that the university does not incur any expenses.  Resolution: Approved by the Council.8- The Board has offered the approval of the Council of the Electrical Engineering Department and the Cultural Relations Committee to the request made by Mr. A.D. Abdul Azim Nile to allow him to visit XJTLU University in China after attending the "Sustainable Capacity and Energy Conference" in China to discuss the possibility of cooperation in scientific research and various aspects of cooperation as he will be invited by the University for a week from 21-23/11/2019, with no expenses to be borne by the University.Resolution: Approved by the Council.9- The memorandum submitted by Mr. A.D./ Undersecretary of the Faculty for Graduate Studies and Research on postponing the convening of the Iraqi Conference Advanced Engineering Technologies to 9-10/12/2019 instead of 13/11/2019.Resolution: Approved by the Council.10- The Council was presented with the approval of the Council of the Department of Architecture and the Committee on Cultural Relations on the information note for the 9th International Conference on Architecture and Architecture in the Department of Architecture at the Faculty of Engineering - University of Assiut, which will be held on Monday, 12 October 2020 until Wednesday, 14 October 2010.Resolution: Approved by the Council.11- The Council was presented with the approval of the Council of electrical engineering and the Committee for Cultural Relations to hold the International Conference of Electrical Power Systems (MEPCON21) which will be held from 15-17/12/2020 to be held in Assiut- Luxor.Resolution: Approved by the Council.12- The Council was presented with the approval of the Council of the Mechanical Engineering Department and the Cultural Relations Committee on the request submitted by Dr. Omar Salaheddine Mahmoud- Teacher in the department to attend a conferenceThe Refore, the United States is the only country in the world that has been able to do so.  To be held in Cairo from 28-30/10/2019 in order to conduct research on the university not to bear any expenses.
