On Sunday, February 16, the university organized an environmental symposium entitled "Raising awareness of the dangers of the road", which is organized by the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector in cooperation with Simex Company in the theater of the Faculty of Engineering, Assiut University in the framework of the Road Partners Initiative, which comes in light of the university's full awareness and eagerness To achieve security and safety for all individual studentsWorkers and faculty members on the university campus. Mr. Prof. Nubi Mohamed Hassan, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, received Prof. Dr. / Maha Ghanem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development and Mr. Prof. Osama Farouk, Director of the University Injury Hospital and the responsible engineer of Simkth Company Prof. Nubi Mohamed Hassan, Dean of the College of Engineering delivered the opening speech of the symposium, then Dr. Maha Ghanem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development clarified that the symposium aims to reduce the risks represented by the blind points of trucks and raise awareness All road users, including pedestrians, riders, and motorists, are concerned with the dangers of the road and ways to prevent accidents to avoid injury and in the interest of the safety of our children who are road users, which comes within the framework of the community service sector plan and the development of the environment in providing all awareness programs for different segments of society in order to educate them and enhance their awareness To reduce risks and ways to avoid them.
