Delivered by Dr. Islam Muhammad Ahmed Al-Qabbani, Lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering, under the patronage of Professor Dr. Nobi Muhammad Hassan, Dean of the College, and Professor Dr. Moamen Taha Al-Melegy, Vice Dean of the College for Postgraduate Studies and Research.
