The Faculty of Engineering at Assiut University congratulates Professor Ahmed Abdel-Mawla on his appointment as Acting President of the University.

The Faculty of Engineering at Assiut University, headed by Dean Professor Khaled Salah, extended its congratulations to Professor Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, on the issuance of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research's decree appointing him as Acting President of Assiut University. They wished him continued success in fulfilling his duties as university president and in leading the university on its path of excellence.

Participating in the congratulations were Professor Mohamed Safwat Abu-Rayeh, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs; Professor Salwa Abdel-Rahman Megahed, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development; and several department heads. The delegation included Professor Mohamed Abdel-Basset Abdo, Head of the Civil Engineering Department; Professor Khaled Ali Youssef, Head of the Architectural Engineering Department; and Professor Abdel-Mottaleb Mohamed Ali, Supervisor of the Center for Engineering Studies and Consultations and former Vice Dean of the Faculty. Professor Dr. Mahmoud Anib Othman, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the College, and Professor Dr. Alaa Abdel-Hakim, Director of the Digital Transformation Office at the College, also participated. Other participants included Dr. Walid Abu Al-Wafa, Coordinator of the Construction Engineering and Project Management Program; Dr. Essam Salah, Coordinator of the Interior Architecture Program; Dr. Gamal Abdel-Nasser, Coordinator of the Mechatronics and Robotics Engineering Program; and Dr. Abdel-Rahman Morsi, Coordinator of the Biomedical Engineering Program.
