Vision and Mission

Office’s Vision :-

Achieving, implementing and following up mechanisms to maintain the distinction of Assiut University in the field of sustainable development and ensuring its presence at the forefront and ranks of Egyptian, Arab and international universities.

Office’s Mission :-

-Contribute effectively to the implementation of the Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy 2030 to achieve the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) emanating from Egypt's vision 2030.

-Enhancing the principle of institutional sustainability and working to introduce new educational programs to educate tomorrow's leaders about the multiple challenges in the areas of sustainable development.

-Enhancing and developing university resources through sustainable management and development, implementation and follow-up of sustainable practices on campus.

-Enhancing research programs in universities on sustainable development in topics including poverty, renewable energy and conflict resolution.
