في انجاز جديد يضاف إلى سجل انجازات مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط، تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، أعلن مستشفى القلب بجامعة أسيوط برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور عصام عبد الله عن إدخال خدمة علاج مرضى الذبذبة الأذينية للقلب Atrial fibrillation بتقنية الكي عبر جهاز مسح القلب ثلاثي الأبعاد "الكارتو".
كما أعلن المستشفى عن إجراء أول عملية باستخدام هذه التقنية بواسطة فريق كهربية القلب المكون من الأستاذ الدكتور صلاح الدين سيد عطا أستاذ القلب والمشرف على خدمة كهربية القلب، والأستاذ الدكتور أحمد عبد الجليل، والأستاذ الدكتور عمرو أحمد، والدكتور مروان سيد، والدكتور أحمد عبد الراضى، والدكتور أحمد عبد الرحيم، والدكتورة تسبيح كمال، بالتعاون مع فريق وحدة قسطرة القلب وفريق التخدير، وفريق وحدة الرنين المغناطيسي، وحدة الإيكو بالمستشفى.
جدير بالذكر، أن خدمة علاج مرضى الذبذبة الأذينية للقلب Atrial fibrillation بتقنية الكي عبر جهاز مسح القلب ثلاثي الأبعاد "الكارتو"، تعد خدمة جديدة تضاف إلى رصيد الخدمات التي تنفرد بها مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط فى منطقة شمال الصعيد وجنوب الوادى.
Assiut University Heart Hospital Introduces New 3D Mapping Ablation Therapy for Atrial Fibrillation Patients
In a significant advancement for Assiut University Hospitals, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board, Assiut University Heart Hospital, headed by Prof. Dr. Essam Abdullah, has announced the introduction of a new service for treating patients with atrial fibrillation using 3D mapping ablation technology.
The hospital also announced the successful completion of the first procedure using this technique by the cardiac electrophysiology team, led by Prof. Dr. Salah El-Din Sayed Atta, Professor of Cardiology and supervisor of the cardiac electrophysiology service, along with Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Jalil, Prof. Dr. Amr Ahmed, Dr. Marwan Sid, Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Razek, Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Rahim, and Dr. Tesbiha Kamal, in collaboration with the cardiac catheterization unit team, the anesthesia team, the magnetic resonance imaging unit, and the echocardiography unit at the hospital.
It is worth noting that the treatment of atrial fibrillation patients using 3D mapping ablation technology is a new service added to the portfolio of services uniquely offered by Assiut University Hospitals in the northern Upper Egypt and southern valley regions.
