فريق طبي بقسم جراحة الأنف والأذن والحنجرة بمستشفيات جامعة أسيوط ينجح في إنقاذ حياة شاب عقب إصابته بجرح غائر نتيجة دخول سيخ حديد بالرقبة

استمرارا للنجاحات الطبية التي تحققها مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط، نجح فريق طبي بقسم الأنف والأذن والحنجرة بالمستشفى الجامعي الرئيسي في إنقاذ حياة شاب تعرض لحادث أدى إلى إصابته بجرح غائر نتيجة دخول سيخ حديد في رقبته، وذلك بدعم ورعاية من الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والأستاذ الدكتور خالد عبد العزيز مدير المستشفى الجامعي الرئيسي، والأستاذ الدكتور محمد محمود رشدي رئيس قسم الأنف والأذن.
كانت مستشفيات جامعة أسيوط قد استقبلت شاب يبلغ من العمر ١٦ عاما، تعرض لحادث نتج عنه وجود جرح غائر بمنطقة الرقبة نتيجة دخول سيخ حديدي بها، وعلى الفور قام الفريق الطبي الذي جاء برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور علاء عبد الحليم، والأستاذ الدكتور محمد محمود رشدي، يعاونه الدكتور أحمد جمال، والدكتور أحمد أيمن، والدكتور حسام الدين سمير، من قسم الأنف والأذن والحنجرة، والدكتور أحمد محمد، والدكتور جوريف سامي، من قسم جراحة الأوعية الدموية، والدكتور مؤمن مصطفى، والدكتور حسام جمال، والدكتور مايكل بشاى، والدكتورة آلاء صلاح، من قسم التخدير، والدكتور عبدالرحمن عمر مدرس الأشعة التشخيصية، والدكتورة آمنه أحمد طبيب مقيم بقسم الأشعة، والأستاذ ياسر يوسف فني الأشعة المقطعية، والأستاذ أحمد وليد فنى الأشعة العادية، وعدد من هيئة التمريض المعاونة، من تشخيص الحالة والتأكد من سلامة الدورة الدموية بالدوبلر الملون بدون الحاجة لعمل أشعة بالصبغة على الشرايين، ليتم بعد ذلك إجراء عملية جراحية دقيقة للمريض واستخراج السيخ من رقبته مع الحفاظ على الأوعية الدموية والأعصاب الرئيسية للرقبة.

This was achieved under the support and supervision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Alaa Attiya, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of University Hospitals, Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz, Director of the Main University Hospital, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Rashdy, Head of the ENT Department.
Assiut University Hospitals had received a 16-year-old young man who had been involved in an accident that resulted in a deep wound in the neck area due to the penetration of an iron skewer. Immediately, the medical team, led by Prof. Dr. Alaa Abdel Halim, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud Rashdy, assisted by Dr. Ahmed Gamal, Dr. Ahmed Ayman, and Dr. Hossam El-Din Samir from the ENT department, and Dr. Ahmed Mohamed and Dr. Gourif Sami from the vascular surgery department, performed a delicate surgical operation on the patient to extract the skewer from his neck while preserving the main blood vessels and nerves of the neck.
