حرصا على رفع كفاءة العاملين بمستشفيات جامعة أسيوط نظم مستشفى الراجحي بجامعة أسيوط تدريبا عمليا حول تنفيذ محاكاة طرق الإخلاء والطوارئ بالدور السابع بالمستشفى، تحت رعاية الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي رئيس الجامعة، والأستاذ الدكتور علاء عطية عميد كلية الطب ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات، و الأستاذ الدكتور شريف كامل مدير المستشفى، والدكتور بشير أبو السعود نائب مدير المستشفي لشئون الجودة ورئيس لجنه السلامه والصحه المهنية.
بدأ التدريب بسماع صوت إنذار بوجود حريق بالدور السابع بالمستشفى، وتم تفعيل أكواد الحريق والسيطرة عليه بالكامل، بواسطة فريق الإخلاء والإسعافات الأولية خلال خمس دقائق، وبعد ذلك تم تفعيل الكود الأبيض المخصص لعودة العاملين لأماكن عملهم
جاء التدريب بمشاركة الأستاذ محمد مصطفى عبد الرحمن مدير عام الشئون المالية والإدارية ومدير لجنة الطواري، والأستاذ خالد علي صبره مدير إداره السلامة والصحة المهنية، والدكتوره أماني إبراهيم علي زميل السلامة والصحة المهنية، إلى جانب مشاركة الأستاذ محمد سيد رئيس فريق المتابعة، والأستاذ كمال حسانين مدير إداره الأمن، والأستاذ محمد إبراهيم مدير إدارة شؤون المقر، وإدارة العلاقات العامة، بالإضافة إلى مشاركة فريق السلامة؛ والأستاذ مصطفى راضي، والأستاذة نادية محمد، والأستاذة مروه عاطف
Evacuation and emergency plan in a training program at Al Rajhi Hospital, Assiut University
To enhance the efficiency of staff at Assiut University Hospitals, the Rajhi University Hospital for Liver Diseases organized a practical training session on emergency evacuation procedures on the seventh floor of the hospital. This event was held under the auspices of Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University; Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Hospital Board; and Dr. Sherif Kamel, Hospital Director.
The training commenced with the sound of an alarm indicating a fire on the seventh floor. The fire codes were activated, and the situation was fully controlled by the evacuation and first aid team within five minutes. Following this, the white code was activated to allow staff to return to their workstations.
The training involved the participation of Mr. Mohamed Mostafa Abdel Rahman, General Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs and Head of the Emergency Committee; Mr. Khaled Ali Sabra, Director of Safety and Occupational Health; Dr. Amani Ibrahim Ali, Occupational Safety and Health Fellow; along with Mr. Mohamed Sayed, Head of the Monitoring Team; Mr. Kamal Hassanein, Director of Headquarters Affairs; and the Public Relations Department.
Additionally, the Safety Team was actively involved, including Mr. Mostafa Radi, Ms. Nadia Mohamed, and Ms. Marwa Atef.
