Regulatory map for patient assessment and admission
- After arriving at the reception unit or the outpatient clinics, the patient should buy a ticket from the tickets office.
- The patient’s national ID should be brought. In case of minors, a birth certificate should be present.
- The patient should go to the examination room in the reception unit or the outpatient clinic.
- In case of requesting a paid service, the patient goes to the cashier to pay the expenses and take a receipt, then goes to the location where the service is provided.
- In case of hospital admission, the patient or the accompanying person goes to the corresponding Admissions Office in the reception unit or the outpatient clinics.
- One of the accompanying persons should go to the blood bank for donation.
- After finishing all the above steps, the patient is transferred to the specified area according to her condition.
