Quality Policy

 Our Hor Lab quality policy is to provide public health laboratory services in the Upper Egypt, to drive the culture of quality and efficient health laboratory care to the public and ensuring high academic standards in training institutions and provide the most recent tests to the inpatients of the University Hospital and its affiliated institutions as well to the outpatients within and outside of the University, and to contracting organizations

Scope of services include

HCG, FSH, LH, Prolactin, Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosteron, FT3, FT4, TSH

The laboratory management shall commit to good professional practice and compliance with the requirements of ISO 15189;2012 .,national and international laws and regulation and continual improvement of laboratory services .

The objectives:

To implement our policy we have to achieve the following objectives:

1- Improve the performance of the staff by awareness and training.

2- Provide our lab with the most recent equipment.

3- Accomplish a state of art design.

4- To support the mission and values of the Assiut University Hospital System.

5- Ensure accurate results and delivery on time to maximize customer satisfaction.

6- Participate in proficiency testing and quality evaluation programs with referral laboratories.

Achievements of this policy involve all staff being individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continual improvement culture and working environment for all.

This policy is provided and explained to each employee and reviewed manually by the laboratory director.
