Mission:
 

 The main mission of the (ELC) is to serve the community by providing courses in English as a foreign language. The center concentrates on providing the four language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. However, the ELC programs concentrate on the development of the oral skills (listening and speaking skills), since these skills are neglected in formal language programs at schools and universities.
 

Vision:
 

 The vision of The ELC is to be unique in performance, quality, and language standard of candidates among the other language centers in the city.
