Dr.. Al-Minshawy: The legal course is a response to the importance of drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements in our daily lives

Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University; Today, Wednesday, September 20, the Center for Legal Studies for Community Service at the College of Law organized a training course entitled: Drafting contracts and lawsuit papers. This is within the framework of the university’s keenness to perform its societal role in spreading legal awareness.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy explained: The training course; It comes within the framework of the university’s keenness to provide participants with legal knowledge related to drafting contracts and filing lawsuits, emphasizing the importance of legal awareness in regulating relations between individuals in society. Which enables them to preserve their rights and give them a better understanding of practical life. Society becomes more disciplined, and the number of disputes and crimes decreases.

The President of Assiut University added that the training course comes; In response to the importance of drafting and reviewing contracts and legal agreements in our daily lives, and what the nature of the work of legal professionals requires; From drafting a number of legal works such as: contracts, legal agreements, and memorandums of understanding, and all of these works require; High skills in the arts, drafting principles, and commitment. This is to ensure that it does not deviate from the purpose for which it was prepared, and to prevent disputes related to the drafting process.

He witnessed the opening activities of the training course; Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aleem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, under the supervision of Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber, Dean of the College, Dr. Muammar Ratib Muhammad, Vice President of the College for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Dr. Othman Abdel Qader, Director of the Studies Center. Legal, in the presence of a group of deans, deans of colleges, faculty members, their assistants, representatives of judicial authorities, and lawyers.

Dr. Ahmed Abdel Mawla emphasized the legacy of the Faculty of Law, the academic figures it possesses, and those who held the highest positions in various state institutions. The field of rights provides the main framework for state legislation. Of laws and regulations, stressing the importance of training courses in developing and qualifying trainees, and providing them with theoretical and practical legal knowledge in various branches of law, Developing mental skills, the ability to criticize and analyze, legal thinking, and the ability to deal with various legal and judicial applications, which in turn contributes to preparing distinguished cadres. He directed his advice to university students to benefit from these seminars and training courses, and spread the culture of love of science and learning. The state is progressing and developing its scholars. They are the builders of nations, and their distinguished youth are armed with education and knowledge.

Dr. Mahmoud Abdel Aleem noted: He pointed out that the students and graduates of the Faculty of Law are the guardians of justice, calling on faculty members to participate in these training courses, especially those related to the law regulating Egyptian universities. So that they are aware of their duties and rights, stressing the necessity of preparing training courses on: the scientific research law and the regulations governing it, and explaining them, according to sound scientific and legal foundations, calling on his students to participate, express their opinions, help solve societal issues, and achieve the vision of State 2030; Through a legal vision based on innovation, creativity, and positive momentum for their community; With legal knowledge in various branches of law.

Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber praised; The role of the Center for Legal Studies at the College, and the importance of benefiting from the services provided by the Center to students, graduates, and researchers; To develop their skills and refine their abilities, pointing to the nature of the work of the Center for Legal Studies, which is one of the centers of a special nature, which specializes in holding training courses. To provide the best educational services to students, graduates, and researchers, to advance legal scientific research, and to solve societal legal problems, pointing out The center approves a detailed program; To carry out the role assigned to him during the academic year 2023/2024 AD.

Dr. Othman Abdel Qader explained: The center holds seminars, conferences, and workshops concerned with the community, and provides legal consultation services, noting that the training course addresses several basic axes: the first axis is about studying the foundations of drafting civil contracts, the second axis is about the privacy of drafting commercial contracts, and the third axis deals with the problems of drafting contracts. Government, and the fourth and final topic is about the techniques of drafting lawsuit papers and appeals.

It is worth noting that, at the end of the training course, the trainee obtains a certificate accredited by the College’s Center for Legal Studies, and accredited by Assiut University, upon completion of the training course, which is held in the discussion hall in the university’s administrative building.
