hall in the administrative building of the university

former Vice President of Assiut University for Education and Student Affairs, 
Chairman of the Judging Committee

2- Prof. Dr. Muammar Ratib Muhammad, Professor and Head of the Department of Public 
International Law and Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assiut University, 
supervisor and member of the Judging Committee

3- Prof. Dr. Osama Arafat Amin, Professor and Head of the Department of Public 
International Law, Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-Azhar University in Assiut, 
member of the Judging Committee
