Beni Suef University, and former Dean of the Faculty of Law, Fayoum University, 
member of the Judging Committee

3- Prof. Dr. Ragab Mohamed El-Sayed, Professor of Public Law, Faculty of Law, 
Assiut University, member of the Judging Committee

And that will be on Monday 7/31/2023 at eleven in the morning in the discussion hall 
in the administrative building of the university
