The doctoral dissertation submitted by the 
researcher / Anwar Meshaal Munawer Awwad Al-Rashidi "Kuwaiti" will be discussed.

Entitled "The Political Responsibility of the Head of State in the Time of a Pandemic - 
With Application to the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus"

On Wednesday 11/16/2022 AD at one o'clock in the afternoon in the discussion hall in 
the administrative building of the university
