تThe Faculty of Law at Assiut University offers; English Law Program (ELP)،

Which works to provide students with basic and advanced knowledge and theories 
in various fields of public and private law. In English and Arabic; This is 
under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed Al-Minshawy, President of the University 
and under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Mawla, Vice President of 
the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Dwaib Hussein Saber, 
Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Rajab Muhammad Al-Kahlawi, Deputy Director 
of the Faculty of Law for Education and Student Affairs, 
Dr. Muhammad Abdel-Aleem Al-Hamami, Director of the Program, 
and Dr. Abdel-Ghaffar Jaber Mahran, Deputy Director. The program.

The program aims to:

 Enhancing the student’s applied professional aspect of theoretical legal sciences, 
in addition to developing his abilities and intellectual skills in the English language.

 Enabling the student to conduct legal research (at bachelor’s level) according to 
a sound scientific methodology in both English and Arabic.

Providing the student with knowledge and understanding; The basic concepts and rules 
of Egyptian law and comparative law, especially the Anglo-American legal system.
