Honoring Mr. Dr. Mohamed El-Hadi Abdel-Hakim Ratib, teacher of criminal law at the college and former director of the English Language Law Program {ELP}, for his efforts over the years in managing the program in a manner that placed the program among the frontrunners of special programs at the level of Egyptian universities. This was on the sidelines of breakfast.
