Assiut University Faculty of Law organizes an awareness seminar on how to prevent cancerous tumors in women.
Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ahmed El-Menshawy, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Abdel-Aleem, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Dr. Douib Hussein Saber, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Legal Advisor to the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Alaa Attia, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, Prof. Dr. Moamer Rateb, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Aziz, Director of the Main University Hospital and General Coordinator of Presidential Initiatives, the Faculty of Law, Assiut University organized an awareness seminar on how to prevent cancerous tumors in women.
The symposium was launched on the prevention of cancerous tumors in women, and Professor Dr. Alaa Ismail, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Head of the Gynecological Oncology Unit, gave a lecture entitled “Early Detection of Cervical Cancer”, in which he provided a brief overview of cervical cancer, methods of infection, prevention and treatment. Professor Dr. Hesham Abu Taleb, Deputy Director of the Women’s Health Hospital and Coordinator of the Cervical Initiative, also gave a lecture on vaccination against the human papillomavirus (HPV).
