Dr. Maha Kamel Ghanem, the Acting President of Assiut University, announced that Colonel Ahmed Omar Salim, an officer in the Egyptian armed forces, will manage the military education department at the university. This decision was made based on the order issued by Major General Waleed Hamed El Hamaky, the commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, to appoint Colonel Ahmed Omar Salim as the director of the military education department at the university.
Dr. Maha Ghanem extended her sincere congratulations to the new director of the military education department, wishing him success and prosperity. She also expressed her gratitude and appreciation to Colonel Mohamed Abdelkader, the former director of the military education department, for his distinguished efforts and work during his tenure at the university.
