Prof. El-Minshawy: the aim of the competition; is to put forward innovative artistic ideas to develop the aesthetic form of the campus

  Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, announced the inauguration of the "beginning of a path" competition in the field of visual arts, from November 1 to 25, 2024, for faculty members, their assistance, the administrative body, and students, which is organized by the community service sector and environmental development, under the supervision of prof. Mahmoud Abdulalim, within the framework of the implementation of the Presidential Initiative for Human Development; "a new beginning; to build human".

  The president of Assiut University explained the importance of the competition, which aims to put forward innovative artistic ideas to develop the aristic form of some of the University's buildings, as well as to enhance the value of teamwork and consolidate positive behaviors through practical practice by the participants.

  Prof. El-Minshawy announced that the winners of the competition will receive valuable prizes, certificates of appreciation, and financial prizes, where the first-place winner will receive a financial amount of ( 4500) pounds, the second-place winner will receive a financial amount of(3500) pounds, and the third-place winner will receive a financial amount of( 2500) pounds.

  The competition is being implemented under the supervision of Dr. Inas Dahi, professor of photography at the Department of Art Education at the Faculty of Specific Education, and the Technical Coordinator of the competition, Ms. Reham Al-hefnawi, director of the Office of the Vice President of the University for community service and environmental development, and the Administrative Coordinator of the competition.
