Prof. El-Minshawy: The biometric certificates extraction center will open soon.
Prof. El-Minshawy: We are working to provide comprehensive services at the university to serve all members of the university community.
Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, the president of Assiut University, followed up the developments in the services provided by the university inside the services office center. He also monitored the operations within the different centers, in light of the university's preparations to begin the new academic year, and to review all the services provided according to the development plan in place to serve the educational process in all its sectors.
In this context,Prof. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, the university's vice president for education and student affairs, visited the Recruitment Services Office, which is responsible for issuing military forms 2 and 7 on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays of each week. The Recruitment Services Office offers its services to Assiut University and Assiut Al-Ahliya University students under the supervision of brigadier Hani Harfoush, the head of the Assiut recruitment and mobilization region. This aims to facilitate the students' completion of their recruitment processes and save their time.
Prof. El- Minshawy emphasized that Assiut University continues to develop and introduce new services and expand its plans to enhance its educational and service system for all its members. This is in line with the university's future aspirations and goals during the next phase. He pointed out the university's continuous keenness to build strong foundations for cooperation and partnerships with all entities and institutions that contribute to achieve real additions to the comprehensive and diverse service system within the campus and providing a supportive environment for students.
The President of Assiut University mentioned that the university's plan includes the establishment of a biometric certificates extraction center, which is currently being prepared and will be opened in the near future. The center is expected to offer services for extracting graduation certificates for the students of Assiut University, both at the bachelor's and postgraduate levels, as part of the university's efforts to establish comprehensive development foundations in all areas of work and achieve qualitative additions in the level of services provided and overall performance.
During the tour, the Vice President of Assiut University was accompanied by Mr. Osama El-Sayed, the Assistant University Secretary, Mr. Mostafa Shoab, the supervisor of the Services Complex, and Mr. Salah Hamam, the head of the University's Military Communications Office.
It is worth mentioning that the Services Complex at Assiut University is the first of its kind in Egyptian universities to serve all members of the university community and facilitate their formal documentation. It includes several offices, such as the post office, real estate registry, civil registry, police services, and train ticket reservation offices.
