Assiut University's 31st Medical Conference Condemns the Despicable Crimes of Terrorism and Stands a Minute of Mourning for the Souls of the Martyrs of the Churches

During the opening proceedings of the 31st annual conference, Eng. Yasser Al-Desouky, Governor of Assiut, condemned the sorrowful terrorist episodes which took place earlier April and targeted two churches in Tanta and Alexandria causing the deaths and injury of dozens of innocent civilians and policemen. The Governor, in the presence of Prof. Ahmed A. Gaeis, Assiut University President, and Prof. Tarek Al-Gammal, Vice-President for Graduate Studies and Research, prayed for God to overwhelm the dead with His mercy and condole their families, and asked the participants to stand a minute of mourning for the souls of the diseased.
