Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawi, Vice President of Assiut University for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, stressed the university administration’s keenness to appreciate the efforts of its employees and support teamwork in various sectors in order to develop the university’s work and provide the best level of services to the university’s employees, under the auspices of Dr. Tarek El-Gamal, President of the University.

This came during Dr. El-Minshawi’s meeting with employees of the General Administration of Scientific and Cultural Relations, one of the departments of the Graduate Studies and Research Sector, to honor the members of the distinguished working group that recently applied for the Assiut University Award for Government Excellence in the category of the best working group. This came in appreciation of the tireless and sincere efforts they made to present their administration in an honorable way.

Dr. Al-Minshawi pointed out the importance of teamwork and its great benefits in achieving goals, shortening distances, saving time and overcoming obstacles. When individuals work together, they exchange experiences and knowledge, which increases their efficiency, raises their spirit, improves relationships in the work place, and increases innovation thus they are better able to achieve the goals of the organization they belong to.

Ms. Abeer Nasser, Director of the Cultural Relations Department, expressed her sincere thanks to Dr. Tarek El-Gamal and Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawi for their keenness to appreciate the distinguished workers and award them certificates of appreciation documenting their efforts.
