Prof. El-Minshawy: Full scholarships in the programs of the faculties of science, engineering, computers, and information for the academic year 2024/2025 AD
The Council of Assiut University, chaired by Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of the University, decided to approve the continuation of the university, in cooperation with the Innovators and Innovations Welfare Fund (ISF), to provide full scholarships to outstanding students in high school, or equivalent graduates of 2024 AD, accepted and enrolled in the faculties of science, engineering, computer and information programs, during this academic year 2025/2024, which covers the entire duration of the study.
Prof. El-Minshawy explained that the scholarships provided this year include (15) full study scholarships; at the rate of (5) scholarships for students enrolled in the Faculty of Science, (5) for students enrolled in the Faculty of Engineering, and (5) for students enrolled in the Faculty of Computer and Information, stressing the university's keenness to support outstanding high school students, who are students who deserve care, care, motivation, and providing all possible aspects of support for them; in a way that contributes to preparing them; to be young cadres capable of keeping up with the modern labor market, and provides them with distinguished job opportunities, and also pushes the wheel of innovation; to keep pace with the rapid technological progress and increase competitiveness.
For his part, Prof. Abdulrahman Haider, Advisor to the President of Assiut University for Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Affairs, explained that the scholarships provided by the Innovators and Innovations Welfare Fund, in cooperation with Assiut University, cover the entire tuition fees, pointing out that the faculties of science, engineering, computers and information nominated qualified students; to obtain grants, and send the list of the Innovators and Innovations Care Fund, and the names of the accepted students are scheduled to be announced soon.
