Prof. El-Minshawy: motivating students to participate in various activities and supporting students with outstanding talents
Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University and Commissioner for conducting the work of Assiut Al-Ahlia university, announced the regularity of studying at the faculties and programs of Assiut Al-Ahlia University, on the first days of study in the second semester of the academic year 2024/2025, according to the time map set by the Supreme Council of universities.
Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy praised the regularity of the educational process, the University's preparations, the provision of support and care for students for academic achievement, and the practice of various activities, which contributes to ensuring the regularity of the educational process and the completion of the academic year 2024/ 2025 at the same outstanding level as the first semester.
The president of Assiut University stressed the keenness of the university administration to maintain the quality of the level of care and services provided at the private university in order to achieve the vision of the Egyptian state under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, president of the Republic, in establishing smart private universities according to the standards of fourth generation universities at a global level.
Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy added that Al-Ahlia University has finished setting study schedules for Theoretical and practical lectures and announcing them to students since last week, the deans of the colleges concerned with studying at Assiut Al-Ahlia University and the program supervisors were instructed to be present at the beginning of the study, supervise the progress of the educational process, provide the necessary support and care for students, answer all their queries and solve any problems or obstacles that may face them, and negatively affect their studies and،
The president of Assiut University stressed that Assiut University is keen to implement a package of activities and events during the second semester, students participate in various competitions, and support students with outstanding talents, pointing to the implementation of a diverse plan for student activities and motivating students to participate in it, with the aim of positively contributing to building students ' capabilities, developing their skills and discovering their talents.
For his side, Dr. Nobi Mohammed Hassan, vice president of Assiut Al-Ahlia University for Academic Affairs, explained that the current academic year 2024 / 2025 is the third academic year of study at Assiut Al-Ahlia University, which includes (7) faculties; theoretical, practical, and study programs at various faculties depend on the credit hours system, pointing out that the programs of the Faculty of engineering and Applied Sciences include (4) programs are: biomedical engineering, interior and architectural design engineering, civil engineering (construction engineering and project management), Mechatronics Engineering and robotics.
The programs of the Faculty of Pharmacy and pharmaceutical research include; the program "Pharm D_clinical Pharmacy", the Faculty of Human Medicine also offers a program; merit-based medicine, the Faculty of Dentistry offers a program; oral and Dental Medicine and surgery, the Faculty of tongues and applied languages includes two programs: English and German, the Faculty of administrative and financial Sciences offers two programs: study in English, Business Information Systems (BIS), the Faculty of computers and artificial intelligence includes (4) programs are: Computer Science Program, Information Systems Program, artificial intelligence program, engineering program software.
