Today, Wednesday, August 9, the Entrepreneurship and Employment Club, and the Student Startups at Assiut University held the closing ceremony of the activities of its camp in its first edition, AU-STARTUP SPARK 2023, under the auspices of Prof. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Mr. Hassan Shehata, Minister of Labour, and Prof. Ahmed Al-Minshawi, President of Assiut University, in cooperation with the Education and Student Sector at the University, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, and the Directorate of Labor in Assiut.
Prof. Ahmed Al-Minshawi, President of Assiut University, emphasized that the university administration is keen to support the state's efforts in the field of entrepreneurship and emerging projects by promoting entrepreneurship concepts, raising the awareness of entrepreneurship among students and graduates, and supporting their startups. He also praised the role of the Entrepreneurship Club camp and those in charge of it, who did not spare their efforts and time throughout the camp, directing from his side all the emerging companies that participated in the camp to continue developing their ideas, refining their skill and benefiting from the expertise of university cadres who are specialized in entrepreneurship and information technology. In accordance with the state's vision and plan to achieve sustainable development, Prof. Al-Minshawi pointed out that there would be more similar camps that support youth.
