Assiut University organizes a training program on "effective communication and leadership" to develop the skills of administrative staff”

Under supervision of Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University; the General Department of talent management and Development organized a training program entitled: "communication and effective leadership", under the supervision of Professor Shaukat saber, Secretary General of the University, professor Abdulkader Mahran, head of the Central Department of human resources, and professor Khaled Omran, Director General of the General Department of talent management and development, with the participation of about (45) trainees from employees in various sectors and faculties of the University. 

Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy explained: the training program comes within the framework of the University's plan to develop the skills of employees at the first career level from the group of specialized jobs, in various departments of the University, and to identify the latest developments and effective methods; to manage crises, overcome problems, through effective communication; to achieve institutional success, and raise productivity levels.

Mr. Shaukat saber added: the training program aims to provide participants with the necessary basic knowledge and skills that enable them to carry out administrative leadership processes efficiently and effectively to achieve success and leadership, in addition to introducing them to the arts of management, how to communicate and influence others, identify patterns and behaviors of administrative leadership, and enhance the leadership capabilities of all employees.

It is worth mentioning; the training program deals over three days from 16 To 18 from February, a set of axes that revolve around; the definition of communication, its elements, characteristics, and the role of communication in leadership effectiveness, for Dr. Mohammed Ali Sadek, assistant teacher at the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Commerce, also discusses the program; innovative thinking in problem solving, decision making, and the role of creativity and innovation in developing the performance of organizations; for Dr. Raafat Abdel Moneim Hassanein, professor at the Department of joint diseases, faculty of Veterinary Medicine, the program also includes, effective communication skills, the art of asking questions, and ways the art of speaking, body language and talking in effective communication; by Dr. Iman Salah Al-Din Al-Sharif, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology, Faculty of Education.
