Assiut University Wins First Rank in the Closing Proceedings of the 16th Student Innovation Meeting

With a paper entitled as “Folklore and its Impact on the Renewal of Women’s Ornaments Made of Copper for the Purpose of Developing Human Resources”, Under the supervision of Professor Mansour Al-Mansy,  and presented by: Inas Mohamed Sayed Mahran, student at the Faculty of Specific Education, Assiut University has recently won the first rank among Arab Universities in the field of artistic innovation. Prof. Al-Mansy indicated that the referees have praised the winning paper which aimed at discovering the values and capacities of the Formative Folklore and its impact on the development of Human Resources.   The paper insured the importance of metal ornaments, and specifically copper which embodies beautify and innovation and reflect the culture of women who wear them. He also asserted the paper’s recommendation of the necessity of going back to folklore so that we can get the inspiration to cope with the cultural development. Likewise, he indicated the need to develop methods of copper formation using recent technology while yet preserving our distinctive folklore in this field.   Noteworthy is that this meeting was organized by the Arab Council for Training Arab students and hosted by Tanta Universities this month. The meeting took place this month and aimed at enhancing students’ talents and skills, in addition to empowering their Arab sense of belonging and strengthening the relationships among the participant universities through several academic domains of scientific research, technological innovation, artistic and cultural activity.
