Dr. El-Minshawy: The opening of the Trauma Unit at the Emergency and Trauma Hospital marks a significant achievement in the Assiut University Hospital sector.

Assiut University President: Opening a new sector of intensive care to make the total capacity (46) beds and (8) major operating rooms for all surgical specialties.

Dr. El-Minshawy: The unit includes 20 examination beds and 15 beds for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR )cases .

The inpatient capacity is 210 beds, and the emergency laboratory and blood bank are operating at full capacity.
