Prof. El-Minshawy congratulates the students of Assiut University for achieving first places in the Egyptian University Parliament forum "Together Towards Excellence Building Future Leaders."

The President of Assiut University: The university students achieved a remarkable victory in the competition and are capable of active participation in various local and international competitions.
Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, congratulated the university students for achieving a number of first place positions during their outstanding participation in the Egyptian University Parliament forum, titled "Together Towards Excellence Building Future Leaders," organized by El-Mansoura University from August 24th to 29th, with the participation of student delegations from Egyptian universities.

Prof. El- Minshawy confirmed that the university's support for all student activities to create a distinguished generation of young talent, providing a motivating environment, as well as encouraging student participation in community work and contributing to building their national future. He also emphasized the importance of  training of students in political practices of parliamentary deputies to create future leaders who can exercise political rights and represent the people in the Egyptian Parliament.

The university's participation was supervised by Prof. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Madeha Darwish, the General Coordinator of Student Activities, Prof. Haitham Ibrahim, Director General of the Student Care Administration, and under the supervision and implementation of Mr. Ahmed Shaaban, Director of the Political Awareness Administration.

Prof. Ahmed Abdel Mawla, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, pointed out that the university students' participation in this forum contributes to enhance their parliamentary awareness, enabling them to communicate and collaborate culturally with Egyptian university students, thus preparing a young cadre to harness their talents in serving the country and achieving sustainable development and the development of an environment and a society of comprehensive creativity.
The forum included several diverse activities, the most prominent of which was the preparation of a policy paper presented during the closing day of the forum, which included several axes such as the economic axis: governance of economic institutions, the security axis: information security, and the legal axis: local governance.

Assiut University achieved several positions at the level of Egyptian universities and institutes, as follows: student Ahmed Alaa Zidan won first place in the economic axis for the "Challenges of Drug Manufacturing" project, and student Mohamed Mustafa Ahmed Qassem won first place in the legal axis (local governance) for "The Quota System in Egypt," and student Ahlam Ahmed Jafar Hassan won second place in the security axis "Food Security in Egypt - Challenges and Solutions," and student Omar Hisham Abdel Moneim Masoud won third place in the "Reducing Unemployment Among Egyptian University Graduates" field, and student Luay Mohamed Shaban Mohamed won first place in the legal field with the policy paper "Governance in Local Administration in the Arab Republic of Egypt," and student Abdulaziz Hassan Abdulaziz Abdulazahir won third place in the economic axis "The Electricity Crisis on the Economy and its Relation to Sustainable Development," and student Mohamed Alaa Al-Din Saad won third place in the security and economic field "Threat of Afrocentric movement to Egyptian identity and national security."
