Vice President of Assiut University discusses ways of cooperation with the President of the University of Applied Sciences in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Prof. Dr. Shehata Ghareeb, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs and Coordinator of Arab University Affairs, met Dr. Ghassan Awad, President of the University of Applied Sciences in the Kingdom of Bahrain and Dr. Wahib Al-Khaja, Chairman of its Board of Trustees, under the strategy of the administration of Assiut University with the presidency of Prof. Dr. Tarek El-Gammal in the field of international cooperation, and which aims to open the horizons of cooperation with various Arab universities in various fields of education and research and to play an active and effective role through its membership in the Union of Arab Universities in order to enrich the scientific and research movement in the Arab World as well as develop various areas of higher education to keep pace with the latest world universities . In the same context, Prof.Dr. Shehata Ghareeb explained that the meeting included discussing ways to strengthen cooperation and joint work between the two universities in various fields, in addition to activating the exchange of students to serve the preparation of distinguished graduates with competitive abilities to work inside Egypt and abroad. The Vice-President of Assiut University said that the two sides agreed to prepare and implement joint academic and scientific programs in a number of specializations, including law and business administration, as well as organizing several scientific and knowledge conferences in both universities to exchange experiences and support the scientific and educational movement.
