Prof. Ahmed El-Minshawy, President of Assiut University, hosts, Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University; and the former Cultural Attaché of the French Embassy in Paris; to discuss ways to enhance aspects of academic and research cooperation between the two universities, in the presence of: Prof. Douib Saber, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Rajab Al-Kahlawi, Vice President of the Faculty of Law for Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Tharwat Abdel-Al, Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law, Assiut University, and the former Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Universities of South Valley and Aswan.

The meeting witnessed a discussion on educational and cultural relations, and the two sides discussed the importance of enhancing cultural and scientific cooperation, especially since the two universities enjoy a prestigious international status and appear in a high position in international classifications.

Prof. El-Minshawy stressed the keenness of the university administration to extend bridges of cooperation with various universities, educational and research institutions locally and internationally, and to develop new programs and specializations that keep pace with the current and future labor market; locally, regionally, and globally, which is in line with its strategy of opening up to major universities and international cultures; to benefit from experiences and common experiences, which is reflected in improving the outputs of education and scientific research.

Prof. El-Minshawy stressed that the current situation of Assiut University is witnessing great developments in all sectors, pointing out that the university is one of the ancient universities that aims to provide higher education that supports innovation, creates a generation capable of leadership regionally and globally, and believes in the importance of scientific, academic, service and research cooperation, praising the distinguished reputation and the prestigious scientific status enjoyed by Mansoura University, from a scientific and medical point of view, and its distinguished role in the university education system.

Dr. Youssef Khater expressed his happiness with his presence at Assiut University, one of the leading educational institutes , praising its distinguished cadres and professors in various disciplines, stressing the welcome of Mansoura University to strengthen the bonds of cooperation with Assiut University, and opening new horizons in various disciplines.

Prof . El-Minshawy dedicated the university shield to Dr. Sherif Khater for his distinguished efforts and his constant keenness to strengthen the existing cooperation between the two universities, wishing him continued success and repayment.

It is worth mentioning that the President of Mansoura University participates in the discussion of my doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Law, the first provided by the researcher Asma Saad Abu Al-Makarem, Assistant Teacher in the Department of Public Law, entitled "Management Authority in the Negotiations of Participation Contracts", and the other entitled Recent Trends of the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Judiciary in Interpretation "A comparative analytical study" and presented by the researcher Abdul Fatttah Saeed Sadiq, Assistant lecturer in the Department of Public Law.
