Sperm cryopreservation is now considered an important component of fertility
management. Its successful application affects the reproductive outcome of assisted
reproduction technologies. There are two main conventional freezing techniques used in sperm cryopreservation: slow freezing and rapid freezing. This study aims at comparing the slow and rapid cryotechniques of cryopreservation of sperms in normozoospermic individuals.
